DC The Authentic Coaching – Booking Policy By scheduling a session with DC The Authentic Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Free 15-Minute Consultation Each client is entitled to one (1) complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss coaching needs and determine the best fit. Consultations are held via Zoom or phone call and must be scheduled in advance. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book. 2. Coaching Program Bookings Option 1: The Empowerment Breakthrough Program (4-Week Intensive) Includes four (4) 60-minute coaching sessions (once per week). Personalized action plan and weekly accountability check-ins. Investment: $1,500 (full payment) or two payments of $750. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Refund Policy: No refunds once the program begins. Option 2: The Transformation Mastery Program (12-Week Deep Dive) Includes twelve (12) 60-minute coaching sessions (weekly). Customized strategies for long-term growth and implementation. Access to exclusive coaching resources and tools. Investment: $5,000 (full payment) or three payments of $1,667. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Refund Policy: No refunds after the first session. Option 3: The Mastery Mentee Exclusive Program (Unlimited Sessions) Includes unlimited 1-on-1 sessions bi-weekly (as scheduled) for 1 year. Access to exclusive mastery mentee resources and tools. Investment: $8,500 (full payment) or three payments of $2,834. 3. Payment & Cancellation Policy Payments must be made in advance to secure your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations result in a forfeited session. Coaching results depend on client participation; no guarantees or refunds are provided based on personal outcomes. 4. Confidentiality & Code of Conduct All coaching sessions are confidential. Any personal information shared will not be disclosed. Clients must respect the coaching process, be open to feedback, and actively engage in their transformation journey.
